Cellartis iPS Cell to Hepatocyte Differentiation System是一套Do-It-Yourself系統(tǒng)，客戶既可以對某個特殊病人來源的iPS實現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)化，也可以利用cellartis供應的iPS進行標準化操作。使用本產(chǎn)品的過程起始于誘導人iPS轉(zhuǎn)化成為確定性內(nèi)胚層（Definitive Endoderm (DE)）細胞，然后誘導轉(zhuǎn)化DE至肝細胞。本產(chǎn)品是All-In-One型產(chǎn)品，實驗所需的培養(yǎng)基、基質(zhì)（coating）等包括在內(nèi)。應用本產(chǎn)品轉(zhuǎn)化約3 × 10⁶ hiPS cells,可以獲得約5 × 10⁶ 肝細胞（大約50 cm²面積的單層貼壁細胞）。
