The Coffee Shop & Bookstore is where I’ll be.

I love to read, and I know I’m not the only one.

This blog series is in an early phase of development, but everything has a beginning.

Follow along and read brief summaries of books that I am currently reading. If it’s something you’re interested in, you may decide to read the whole book for yourself. That’s always going to give you a new and personal perspective on the information being presented.

However, reading books is an investment of your time and money. It’s nice to have some commentary and reviews before spending your valuable resources.

My goal is to share with you an outline of content within the book, a summarization, and commentary as to what the author is presenting throughout the progression of the book from start to finish.

I encourage all readers to leave comments below each book series post, and I will be sure to include some thought provoking questions for you to consider sharing in your response.

The topics that are most interesting to me tend to be non-fiction and relating to personal development. This can span a plethora of subjects such as:

Body, Mind, Emotions, Spirit
Bioenergetics, Therapeutics, Psychology
Physical Fitness, Diet & Nutrition, Fasting, Biology
Food Production & Preservation, Homesteading, Arts & Crafts
Esoteric Arts: Astrology, Tarot, Mystical Teachings

Are these topics interesting to you too?

Subscribe to receive an email each time I add a new post to the North Gate Book Club series.

The first book I will be reading and sharing with you is called:
